The International golf course designers are probably more business than ever, today, almost all land is not developed into a golf course with surprising speed.
The People's Republic of China is a microcosm of the unprecedented growth of the game. The first golf course opened in China in mid-1980 and 2005 there were 200 courses in the country!
With more than 32 000 golf courses on the planet and many others in the early stages of development, the choice of the top ten in the world is not easy. That said, here is our selection of the top ten of the year:
Augusta
Augusta is not only one of the most exclusive clubs in the world, but also one of the most attractive, with the name of each hole in the abundance the flora that grows throughout the course. Start the first Grand Slam of the year, the Masters, Augusta has been adjusted here and there to make the exercise more difficult for real champions of the game. Known for fostering the long hitters, Augusta, in May will be the ideal place to improve your golf swing – if you can afford the green fees.
Ballybunion
Regularly cited as the most beautiful sea-side course of the world, the Old Course at Ballybunion is a wild mix storm, the sailors and angry Irish giant dunes. A formidable challenge for even the best golfers, such as Ballybunion tip is the "ultimate" test of golf.
Leopard Creek

Cabo del Sol
Located in Los Cabos, Mexico, Cabo del Sol is a signature course of Jack Nicklaus, benefiting 1.5 miles of beach along the Sea of Cortez. In addition to its spectacular design, it is very difficult to play with a lot of risk into the trap awaiting the unwary.
Pebble Beach
A favorite of Jack Nicklaus, Pebble Beach Links is the Mecca of world golf and is within the hearing of thunder from the Pacific Ocean. A classic and new Pebble Beach has been ranked number one public course in America by Gold Digest Magazine in 2007. She received the prestigious Open several U.S. time since 1972 and is home to the 2010 edition.
